Speeds, movement, usage and (from 2021 on) release points come from each pitcher's season averages. Before 2021, release points are estimated. Pitch locations start from typical targets for each pitch type and are pulled toward the fastball's tunnel, so pitches leave the hand on the same line the way real ones do. The dashed line shows where a pitch looked headed when you had to commit, assuming it was his fastball. The same mix is used against righties and lefties, and pitch selection follows his season usage.
